
How it all began
SPARKS of Passion for Learning & Development began with four different individuals, employed at that time as HR practitioners. Brought together to take on a daunting task of training this big multinational company, these four moved forward with enthusiasm and professionalism by organizing People Engagement Programs amidst exciting challenges.
They realized the gaps in knowledge, skills, and attitude within the corporate workforce. They developed relevant programs in coordination with the different experts & talents within the industry. However, they couldn’t find better or more accessible trainers.
This experience got them thinking: “We can make better programs to serve more if we start with our own development”.

Coming Together
Inspired by their mentors and leaders who motivated them to become global trainers and thinkers, they took charge of their own development as facilitators and trainers as they evolved into a formidable team of learning & development professionals within the organization.
Guided by the mantra “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; but teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”, the four leveraged on their passion and professional skills to create a system for transformation and make a difference in the way individuals learn & develop themselves.
Buneeh, the people energizer; Steph, the deep and strong anchor; Bing, the challenger and strategist; and Desi, the pragmatic visualizer – all came together, as a synergy of four lives, four circles of influence, to give rise to Convergent Consulting

The Convergent Experience
Equipped with a strong background in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development and intensive training from AIG, New York, they moved Convergent Consulting forward.
It was a challenge to be battling with the giants – consultants and firms who were pillars in the industry but they were unfazed. Convergent Consulting slowly changed the landscape as companies gladly opened up to their kind of training

Awareness to Wellness
Having been exposed to western training and now exploring eastern ways in Learning & Development, Convergent Experience rises to a whole new level in the industry and brings together new programs, tools and learning solutions to all.
Now, the mission has evolved from serving the corporate society to going deep into an individual’s transformation.
The New Convergent Experience will now be a journey of whole-person transformation, a journey that’s not just about performance
– It will be a journey from Awareness to Wellness.

The story of The New Convergent Experience comes from the time when we witnessed the success of the companies that we have served as they achieved High-Performing Teams status. Success sometimes comes with a price. And after years of driving results, innovating learning tools, and empowering talents and teams, a new challenge emerged and we saw the prevalence of workforce burnout and how it affected the overall performance of our partners.
This inspired us to create a new identity that captures our commitment to a more continuous and sustainable development on a different level. A learning & development culture that would impact Whole-Person Transformation.
Thus, our new brand depicts an individual “bursting out of the box”, a picture of freedom, and a start of the journey from awareness to a higher level of wellness. Our corporate colors show our optimistic enthusiasm, innovation, and vitality (Orange), combined with the color of trust (Blue) which represents our relationship with you, our partners.
