Buneeh is the CEO of Convergent Experience, one of the trusted partners of organizations for Leadership and Team Development. She has over 25 years of extensive experience in the field of Learning and Development, People Management, Human Resources and Organization Development.
As a trainer, she has developed leaders and teams in the areas of Emotional Agility, Building Team Synergy, Leadership, and Business Presentations. She managed programs for Nestle Philippines, Amazon Web Services, MeadJohnson/Reckitt, and Ayala Land Inc. to name a few.
She is a Certified TetraMap® Facilitator and Points of You® Trainer.
Buneeh was the Corporate HR Head of Transnational Diversified Group (TDG) and former part-time professor at the Ateneo de Manila University John Gokongwei School of Management.
Stephanie “Steph” Escareal

Steph is the Chief Learning Officer of Convergent Experience. Her career spans over 25 years as a coach, facilitator, professor, and learning events manager.
She is a Certified Coaching Clinic® Facilitator of Corporate Coach U (CCU) and is also the first Certified Points of You® Trainer in the Philippines. Her expertise lies in Personal Effectiveness, Coaching, and Leadership Development.
As a trainer and coach, Steph has partnered with organizations such as Baker & McKenzie Global Services Manila, DMCI Homes, San Miguel Group of Companies, and Unilab.
Steph was a former professor at the Assumption College under the Marie Eugenie School of Innovative Learning. She is currently a mentor at the University of Asia & the Pacific and Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health.

Kai is a seasoned Leader, Training Consultant, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Art Therapist and a University Professor.
An experienced Marketing and Operations global leader, Kai has worked across multiple marketing disciplines for over two decades. She has extensive experience in Strategic Leadership, Public Relations & Communications, Customer Relationship Management, Project Management, Private Equity and Account Management.
When Kai retired from the corporate world, she pursued the path that was close to her heart – Personal Transformation and Development – to help people live a life of meaning, develop growth mindset and strengthen emotional intelligence. She is also a Certified Life Coach where she focuses both on Career Coaching and Art Therapy.
As a Trainer, Consultant and Motivational Speaker, Kai has focused on Leadership Development, Growth Mindset, Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Storytelling.
She continues to develop future leaders as a professor at the University of Asia and the Pacific in the School of Communication.
She is a Certified TetraMap® Facilitator and Points of You® Trainer.
