Every so often, I’d ask myself “How can I make coaching or training more fun and interesting yet still produce the expected results?”
I went out of my comfort zone to take my coaching and training experience to the next level.
Hi! I’m Steph, a coach, professor, trainer and Chief Learning Officer of Convergent Experience and a Points of You® Expert.
Back in 2015, I am glad to have discovered an answer to my concern when I attended the Points of You® Certification in the USA and was also pleasantly surprised to know that Points of You® really originated from Israel!
It was a revelation for me. They started with The Coaching Game but have created other creative tools and training not just for my work as a professional coach but also for my personal development. I was introduced to other Professionals around the world who are already using the tools to create meaningful communication, gain insights and have a real impact on people’s lives.
Another major learning for me is the powerful language of Photos – it inspires and provokes the mind. These tools use the language of today’s world.
The Points of You® Certification in New York was a different experience. It was unexpected yet precise! It was very deep and very creative in getting down to the issue, whether it was with one-on-one or team coaching or even in designing my training programs using the tools. I felt so happy to be able to do so many things with just one tool!
A few months after, I conducted the very FIRST Points of You® Train the Trainer Certification in the Philippines at the Marco Polo Hotel Ortigas Center with 16 participants. It was a great, diverse group of coaches, OD consultants, HR professionals, professors, trainers, and a psychiatrist.
