TOUCHPOINTS Leadership Transformation Framework is based on the leadership book: TouchPoints: Creating Powerful Leadership Connections in the Smallest of Moments by Douglas Conant with Mette Norgaard.

The Power of TouchPoints is in the Action within the Interaction – how a leader’s impact is built through hundreds, even thousands, of interactive moments in time or “TouchPoints.”

The goal is to create a culture of performance, engagement and contribution, where people feel valued and value the agenda by achieving one “TouchPoint” at a time.

The secret to TouchPoint mastery is to use interruptions and other incidental points of contact as a method to promote the company’s values, purpose and agenda to achieve higher employee engagement, improved growth and revenue, and better customer relationships.
